C’est une passion dévorante qui me draine depuis plusieurs années, celle de raconter des histoires. Aprés avoir produit et réalisé des centaines de clips et de publicités, je me dit qu’il est grand temps de commencer à develpper des sujets qui me tiennent à coeur depuis longtemps. Insight , un projet fantastique relatant un accident extraterrestre aus allures réalistes, mais aussi deux autres projets en cours d’écriture sur des affaires policières inspirées de faits marquants. Dans mon showreel fiction, vous pourrez en appercevoir quelques plans des teasers en cours de présentation à des sociétés de productions.
It’s an all-consuming passion that has drained me for several years, that of telling stories. After having produced and directed hundreds of music videos and commercials, I wonder if it might be time to start developing subjects that have been close to my heart for a long time. Insight, a fantasy project presenting a realistic extraterrestrial accident, but also two other projects being written on police cases inspired by significant events. In my showreel fiction, you will be able to see some shots of the teasers presented to production houses.

UN PRINCE EN ENFER

C’est en quelque sorte la confession d’un Jihadiste. Sa rage et sa haine le laisse vider son venin sur la société d’aujourd’hui, sans filtre, le ton remplit de dégoût. Un court métrage apparement maniquéen, mais pas sur sa deuxieme lecture lorsqu’il s’agit d’évoquer sa vision du PARADIS et de L’ENFER. Où se sent-il mieux finalement? Au paradis ? Ou en Enfer?
It is in a way the confession of a Jihadist. His rage and his hatred let him spread his venom on today’s society, without filter, his tone filled with disgust. An apparently Maniquean short film, but not on its second reading when it comes to evoking its vision of HEAVEN and HELL. Where does he finally feel better? In Paradise ? Or in Hell?

Sur le tournage de VUP, Rochelle Grégorie qui interprète l’Infirmière Sarcastique, m’a confié qu’elle avait travaillé pendant quelques années au Téléphone Rose. Elle a même écrit un recueil des truculentes discussions qu’elle avait au téléphone avec ces hommes de la nuit surexités qui se masturbent derrière leur téléphone. J’ai trouvé son récit incroyable et je lui ai proposé presque aussitôt de jouer son propre rôle dans une histoire ré-inventée. Un tournage qui l’a replongée dans son vrai passé, pour notre plaisir …
On the set of VUP, Rochelle Grégorie, who plays the Sarcastic Nurse, told me that she had worked for a few years at the Telephone Rose. She even wrote a collection of very interesting discussions she had on the phone with these overexcited men of the night who masturbate behind their phones. I found his story incredible and almost immediately offered him to play his own role in a re-invented story. A shoot that plunged her back into her true past, for our pleasure…
SUPER NERVOUS

Un régal de nervosité, inspiré d’évènements de notre vie quotidienne qui ont du se produire au moins une fois dans notre existence… Initialement prévu pour une adaptation en long métrage et déclinable en série courte, Super Nervous a pour principe de developper toujours une conséquence bien pire que celle qui est à l’origine du « pétage de plomb » de notre héros. Vous noterez que je n’ai évidemment aucun grief contre Apple!
A treat of nervousness, inspired by events in our daily lives that must have happened at least once in our existence… Initially planned for a feature film adaptation and available as a short series, Super Nervous has the principle of always developing a consequence much worse than that which is at the origin of the « failure of lead » of our hero. You will notice that I obviously have no grievance against Apple!

Tourné en même temps qu’un Clip qui traitait du même sujet dans la région de GAP, j’ai voulu par ce ptit court-métrage me focaliser sur la solitude de nos ailleuls, parfois livrés à eux-mêmes dans l’isolement le plus total. Guy Corpataux, Prettre dans l’évêché de GAP, s’est prêté magnifiquement au jeu, comme d’ailleurs, tous les interpertes de ce film, de véritables amateurs comédiens en herbe. Beau moment de tournage!
Shot at the same time as a clip that dealt with the same subject in the GAP region, I wanted with this little short film to focus on the loneliness of our ancestors, sometimes left to their own devices in the most isolated total. Guy Corpataux, Prettre in the bishopric of GAP, lent himself magnificently to the game, as did all the interpertes in this film, real amateur comedians in the making. Beautiful moment of filming!
